Shipping policy

We process and ship orders Monday-Saturday. Orders with standard shipping are usually fulfilled and shipped within 1-3 business days unless otherwise noted. 
  • We offer free shipping on all US orders over $50 via USPS First Class Mail. Orders being shipped to P.O. Boxes, APOs and FPOs will also be shipped via USPS.
  • You will receive an email with tracking information and an estimated delivery date once your order ships.

 Due to the pandemic, shipping times MAY be delayed. We will do our best to ship packages out in a timely manner.

Please Note: 

  • Once USPS is in possession of your package, Sophisticatedthelly has absolutely no control, and we will not be held responsible If your package is LOST or ARRIVES LATE .This matter will have to be taken up with your local post office or the USPS.
  • We will not be responsible for shipping addresses that have been incorrectly entered.
  • If an address is incorrectly entered and USPS sends the package back to us, The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs to resend the item.
